The Centre for Multicultural Youth Issues (CMYI) in Melbourne has published a 2nd Edition of the Guide for newly arrived young people: Understanding the Victorian Education and Training System (2003). The Guide is available in English and a PDF is available in thirteen other languages including Arabic. Teachers seeking information about the education systems of other countries will find booklets produced by the federal government organisation Australian Education International useful.
